Thursday, May 26, we had our first track workout at Kezar Stadium in the Haight. It was an intense environment - there were middle and high school track teams there, working out everything from sprints to hurdles to shotput. We did line warmups (haven't done these since college), then some 800s, 400s, and 200s. Then we celebrated at Kezar Pub across the street.
It was a good workout, we have some great runners in this group. Enjoy some video:
